With the increasing mobility in the education landscape, the number of international education consultants has also grown significantly in the past few years.

Despite many international governments are increasingly interested in normalising the work relationships between their education institutions and overseas educational consultants, the international education consultancy industry remains loosely regulated and the role of international education consultants is still vaguely defined.
